Terms of Service

Terms covering scopedops.com use and ScopedOps product purchases.

These Terms cover site use and purchases. A paid engagement may also have a written scope or Kickoff confirmation. If those conflict on deliverables, the written Kickoff/scope controls for that engagement. These Terms control payment, IP baseline, and site use.

1. Agreement

By using scopedops.com or purchasing ScopedOps products/services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Refund, and Cancellation policies.

2. Who we are / who you are

Seller: Espiritusanto Acosta & Asociados (Dominican Republic), operating the ScopedOps brand. PayPal receipts show that legal name — see Billing. This site does not claim a US LLC unless we later say so here.

You are a business or individual buying for business use. You represent you have authority to bind your organization.

3. Products

  • Ops packages — one-time setup + monthly Ops Care; We host it or On your tools
  • Ops Master Plan — paid blueprint ($1,497, includes a working session)
  • Custom intake — paid intake ($497) that may credit toward setup
  • Site Care — $149 ingest and onboard + monthly care (WordPress, MODx, hosted platforms, or custom evaluation)
  • Seat hold (optional, limited) — a deposit that credits toward setup within the published window; it is not delivery

Catalog prices are on the site. We may change the catalog going forward; that does not change fees already paid except as required by law or our Refund Policy.

Not included unless written: HIPAA/PCI programs, guaranteed ROI, ad buying, unlimited builds, full AI receptionist telephony as default, or replacing your FSM/CRM product itself.

4. Boutique capacity

Limited concurrent seats. An open seat or intake status is not a guaranteed start date until Kickoff confirms timing. Waitlist and seat holds follow published rules.

5. How work is hosted

  • We host it — we run the automation layer on infrastructure we control. Middleware costs are baked or capped per your plan.
  • On your tools — automations run in your tenants; you pay those vendors directly. Our fees cover build and care labor.

Partial stacks may be routed to Custom intake.

Blueprint export (We host it)

After six (6) months of continuous paid Ops Care on that engagement, you may request a blueprint export of your configured workflows (for example n8n JSON or a documented import pack) at no extra export fee. Early export before that tenure: $497 (or we may decline except where law requires). Export covers your configured workflows for that engagement — not ScopedOps brand IP, Master Plan product templates, or other clients’ playbooks.

6. Credits

  • Ops Master Plan: 100% of the fee may credit toward one Ops package setup if applied within 90 days of purchase (unused credit then expires).
  • Custom intake: 100% of the intake fee may credit toward resulting Ops setup within 90 days.

Credits are not cash refunds unless the Refund Policy says otherwise.

7. Your responsibilities

You will:

  • Provide timely access, decisions, and accurate information
  • Keep your SaaS accounts funded (especially On your tools)
  • Not use services for unlawful, abusive, or prohibited content
  • Maintain backups of critical business data in your systems

Delays on your side pause delivery clocks.

8. Acceptable use

No scraping our site to train competing models at scale without permission; no attempts to break security; no purchasing seats for resale as a white-label marketplace without a separate agreement.

9. Intellectual property

  • Your data, brand assets, and CRM records remain yours.
  • Pre-existing ScopedOps methods, templates, and know-how remain ours.
  • Configured workflows built for you: during the engagement we operate them under the chosen hosting option; export rights follow section 5.
  • Site content © ScopedOps / operator. Do not copy marketing pages wholesale.

10. Warranties

Services are provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime of third-party tools (PayPal, Zapier, CRMs, SMS, and similar). Except as stated in care-response expectations on the FAQ, we disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the fees you paid us for that purchase in the three (3) months before the claim (or the one-time fee for one-time products). We are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, consequential damages, or third-party platform outages.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your illegal use of the services, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

13. Payments

Prices are USD. Checkout is via PayPal hosted checkout/subscriptions unless we arrange Wise invoicing. Failed subscription payments may pause care. Chargebacks: see the Refund Policy and cooperate in good faith; fraudulently disputed charges may result in suspension.

14. Taxes

We do not collect US sales tax at PayPal checkout. You are responsible for taxes applicable to your purchase. On your tools vendor SaaS bills are between you and those vendors.

15. Termination

You or we may end monthly care per the Cancellation Policy. We may suspend for non-payment, abuse, or legal risk. Export and offboarding follow section 5 and Kickoff docs.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Informal negotiation first; then courts in that jurisdiction unless we agree in writing to another forum.

17. Changes

We may update Terms by posting a new version. Material changes for active subscribers will be emailed when practical. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted.
