How to cancel ScopedOps monthly care and Site Care.

Monthly products covered

  • Ops package monthly care (on your tools or we host it)
  • Site Care (from $79/mo by platform — WordPress / MODx / hosted)

How to cancel

  1. Use the contact form with your business name and product, or email support@scopedops.com
  2. Also cancel or pause the PayPal subscription in your PayPal account

Notice period

30 days’ notice before the next renewal you want to avoid. We do not auto-prorate cash refunds for unused days in the current period (see Refund Policy exceptions).

After cancel

  • Care labor stops at end of paid period
  • We host it: schedule shutdown / handoff; export eligibility per Terms
  • On your tools: you retain tenants; we revoke our access
  • Site Care: remove from active care roster after wind-down
