How ScopedOps collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the site, purchase, or contact us.

Who we are

ScopedOps (“we,” “us”) provides automation and website care services via scopedops.com. The seller is Espiritusanto Acosta & Asociados (Dominican Republic), operating the ScopedOps brand. PayPal receipts show that legal name — see Billing.

Information we collect

You provide

  • Name, email, business name, phone (optional)
  • Messages via contact forms, email, or booking tools
  • Purchase and billing details processed by PayPal or Wise — we do not store full card numbers on our servers
  • Credentials and access you grant during Kickoff

Collected automatically

  • Standard server / CDN logs via our host and Cloudflare
  • Analytics events via Google Tag Manager. Inside that container we run PostHog Cloud (United States) and Google Analytics 4 for page views, CTA clicks, checkout, and form funnels. Session replay is off. We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels. Analytics cookies load only after you accept on the cookie banner (or if you previously accepted). You can decline analytics; the site still works.

Cookies

  • Necessary — keep the site working. Includes scopedops_checkout_lang so PayPal can return you to the matching language thanks page, plus security / hosting cookies from Cloudflare and our host. These are not gated on the banner.
  • Analytics — PostHog and GA4 (via GTM) after you accept. Used to measure funnels, not to serve ads. Your choice is stored in the browser (scopedops_cookie_consent) so we do not ask every visit.

Change your mind by clearing site data for scopedops.com (the banner will appear again) or by writing to us. Details also on Disclosures.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and deliver purchased services
  • Process payments and prevent fraud / abuse
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website
  • Measure marketing and product funnels
  • Send service notices (Kickoff, incidents, billing)
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information.

If you submit an email to unlock a checklist or similar guide, we collect that email (and any fields on the form) to deliver the asset and related ScopedOps product information. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages; transactional or service mail may still apply if you are a customer.

Sharing

Processors as needed: PayPal / Wise, Cloudflare, email/DNS host, Google Tag Manager, PostHog, Google Analytics, scheduling tools if you book, and contractors under NDA solely to deliver your engagement.
