Every package includes a focused 30-minute Kickoff after purchase so we start with clear scope and access.

What Kickoff is for

  • Confirm the package outcome and hosting choice (your tools vs we host)
  • Collect the access and accounts we need to build safely
  • Agree the first delivery milestone and how we’ll communicate
  • Flag anything out of scope before work starts

How scheduling opens

  1. Buy a package — Ops, Site Care, or Master Plan. After checkout you get the Kickoff link on the thank-you page.
  2. Or request a qualifying conversation — if you’re not ready to purchase but need to confirm fit (custom stack, unusual constraints, or Master Plan first). Use the form below; if it’s a fit, we’ll send next steps (which may include a paid Master Plan or a scheduled call).

What Kickoff is not

  • A free strategy session with no path to delivery
  • Unlimited consulting hours
  • A substitute for reading the package scope on the Ops / Site Care pages
